Eminem’s “little girl” is grown up and getting married!
Hailey Jade The rapper’s 27-year-old daughter and ex-wife Kim Scott shared the news of her engagement to Evan McClintock on Instagram on Monday.
“Casual weekend throwback…ππ 4/2/23 π Love you @evanmcclintock11,” she captioned a series of photos of the two popping a bottle of champagne and a close-up of her diamond ring.
Her famous father hasn’t publicly responded to the news just yet, but fans are eagerly awaiting the ‘Lose Yourself’ singer to chime in.
“Now we await Slim Shady’s response,” one commented.
“I wonder if he asked the goat,” asked another.

Others were quick to play on Eminem’s famous lyrics, “I wonder if the knees were weak and his arms were heavy.”
Hailie Jade, who hosts the Just a Little Shady podcast, was the inspiration for a handful of her father’s early songs, including “My Dad’s Gone Crazy.” which she voiced the hook. The song debuted when she was 6 years old, and she was later awarded a Guinness World Record for youngest R&B chart entrant.
“As she gets older, she can grow up and say, ‘My dad put me on the song. My dad sang songs about me…my dad put my name everywhere,'” Eminem said in an early 2000s interview.
He also rapped about her in 2002’s “Hailie’s Song”: “My little girl is just getting older / I watch her grow up with pride … My insecurities might eat me alive / But then I see my baby / Suddenly I’m not crazy.” / It all makes sense when I look her in the eye.”
Hailie Jade is also a social media influencer with 3 million followers on Instagram.
