The belt was presented to him by WWE before WrestleMania 39 as a token of his contributions to the company.

The time the WWE belt was stolen
After receiving the belt, Dogg took it with him Holidayz of Blaze Trip. The reason was that he wanted to show his fans how cool the belt was. However, no one expected the belt to be stolen during his tour. This worried the rapper and he took to social media to announce the theft.

He was supposed to bring it with him to WrestleMania 39 and was worried about what he would say to the Stamford-based promotion if they found out the belt was stolen. But to everyone's surprise, the thief came out alone. It was nothing but Guillermo from that Jimmy Kimmel Show. While Guillermo taunted him by saying he wouldn't give the belt back, he later lost the belt. Since then, the belt has made its rounds between the Philly Eagles and various celebrities.
