Sly Stallone daughters take on NYC with Navy SEAL training

Llive in New York City can be hard, especially if you are Sylvester Stallone's daughters. To prepare for the challenges of the Big Apple, the Stallone sisters underwent intensive self-defense training Navy SEALs. This included a grueling six-hour session in the woods where they were put through their paces and even hunted chickens Rocky-style. SistineThe 25-year-old admitted: “Sophia and I got our asses kicked by these guys. They were awesome.”

The Stallone sisters are no strangers to rigorous training, as their father has always incorporated military-style activities into their lives. Sophia, 27, recalled her morning routine, which included an early wake-up call, a rigorous workout routine, and a high-protein breakfast of eggs and ketchup. She added humorously: “He made the perfect boys.”

Training for her reality series included the memorable challenge of chasing a chicken, which Sistine found surprisingly difficult. Youngest sister, Scarlet, 21, was spared from boot camp because she's living in Miami for college, but she has her own stories to tell from New York City, including an encounter with a rat the size of a miniature dog.

Despite her one-year stay in… New York City, the sisters still face challenges that make their father nervous. Sistine revealed: “He’s like a classic overprotective father. Three daughters at an age where we're, you know, on the go and on the move everywhere.” However, their mother's careful tracking of their locations via the Find My Friends app provides some reassurance.

The Stallone sisters also stay connected with their parents through a family group chat, where their mother shares daily dinner photos and amusing snaps of their father sleeping on the couch with the cat on his head. It's clear that despite the rigorous training and encounters with bugs, the Stallone sisters navigate life in the Big Apple with humor and resilience.
