A celebrity vs. celebrity interview is a unique opportunity for two famous people to really relax, talk about A-list things, stop being polite and become more honest. At least that’s their supposed goal. Usually they’re just a good excuse so that the person selling something doesn’t have to answer a probing follow-up question. Such was the case with the latest issue of Interview magazine, where actress/reality TV superfan Jennifer Lawrence chatted with businesswoman/reality TV star Kylie Jenner.
These two mothers have been through it all. Does Kylie have greyhounds because they remind her of Kendall? Somehow. How much appreciation should you and your children give your security guard? A little bit. And the big question: Have both women undergone complete facial plastic surgery? NO!
“I also think it’s incredible what makeup can do because I work with Hung [Vanngo], sweeping the lip,” Lawrence said. “I call him a plastic surgeon because in the last few months since I started working with him, everyone is convinced that I had eye surgery.” Jenner, who apparently has a different social media feed than me, was completely shocked by these allegations. She told the No Hard Feelings actress that it “doesn’t look like it” but that it’s “amazing what makeup can do.”
“I ended up getting lip fillers, but that’s the same for me. I’ll see before and after photos when I’m 12 instead of 26 and my eyebrows are filled in differently. I have contour on,” Jenner said. “I’m like, ‘How can you compare my 12-year-old face and say I had my jaw shaved and my eyelids removed?'”
Lawrence felt the same way, complaining about people who compared her 19-year-old face to her 30-year-old face. “Everyone thought I had a nose job, and I thought, ‘I had the exact same nose.'” My cheeks became smaller. “Thanks for bringing it up,” she told Jenner.
So there you have it: These women look like this because of their makeup. It’s contour, babes. There’s nothing to see here except lipliner and selfies from the right angle. It’s the holiday season and I’m feeling generous, so all I can say is: Sure! Whatever you say, ladies.
