Celebrities Come Together to Support the “Happy Xmas” Shout-Out Challenge

LAS VEGAS – November 30, 2023 – Cure 4 The Kids Foundation (C4K), Southern Nevada’s only pediatric cancer and rare disease treatment center, has announced the C4K “Happy Xmas” Video Shout-Out Challenge.

The challenge is open to everyone and is designed to send holiday greetings to children battling cancer and rare diseases and to raise awareness for Christmas 4 The Kids, a digital music compilation album featuring 22 holiday music tracks.

The digital album, available on all major music streaming platforms, features a new version of the John Lennon classic “Happy Xmas” featuring Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter and American Idol casting producer Kyle Khou. One hundred percent (100%) of Christmas 4 The Kids streaming proceeds go directly to children fighting cancer and rare diseases.

Celebrities who contributed “Happy Xmas” chants alongside Carter include Gwen Stefani, Todd Rundgren, Alice Cooper, Huey Lewis, Kyle Khou, The B52's, The Scorpions, Carrot Top, Nils Lofgren of the E Street Band and Ted Nugent , Terry Fator, The Alarm, Criss Angel, Micky Dolenz of The Monkees, Jon Taffer of Bar Rescue, Fishbone, World Figure Skating Champion Scott Hamilton, Men Without Hats, Buster Posey of the San Francisco Giants, The Clairvoyants, Air Supply, Alphabet Rocker , Wizard Murray Sawchuck, Linda Larkin – voice of Princess Jasmine in Disney's Aladdin, Everclear, Rick Harrison from History Channel's Pawn Stars, Danny Koker from History Channel's Counting Cars, Velvet Chains, members of the Las Vegas Desert Dogs professional lacrosse team, and Las Vegas song stylist Jonathan Karrant.

Those wishing to participate in the Shout-Out Challenge simply record their message of encouragement and tag Cure 4 the Kids Foundation when posting on their chosen social media platforms.

It's never been easier to help children battling childhood cancer and other rare diseases. By simply streaming one of the 22 tracks from Christmas 4 The Kids, listeners are making a small donation to C4K. The album is available on all music streaming services including Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Prime Unlimited, Pandora and wherever you can stream digital music. Listeners can find the tracks by searching “Christmas 4 The Kids” or asking their smart speaker connected to a streaming service to play “Christmas 4 The Kids.”

In addition to the digital album, a music video for “Happy Xmas” is also available. It features well-known Las Vegas Strip celebrities as well as Cure 4 The Kids Foundation patients and the C4K providers who care for them.

One hundred (100%) of streaming proceeds will go directly to Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that treats children with cancer and rare diseases – including those without health insurance.
