AAfter seven years of failed attempts Jennifer Lopez has finally managed to get rid of her luxury New York penthouse for $25 million.
The property, located near Madison Square Park in Manhattan, had been on the market for seven years. However, according to luxury real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens, the Love Is Free star has managed to sign a contract with a buyer.

The property has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and estate agents for the property, Richard Orenstein and Chris PomeroyAccording to PEOPLE Magazine, they have yet to speak publicly about the deal.
But the 54-year-old – who married an actor Ben Affleck in July 2022 – was seen browsing properties in the New York area, which led to suggestions she would like to purchase again.
JLo bought the property 10 years ago
Lopez — known by her stage name “JLo” — bought the apartment in 2014 for just over $20 million, according to The New York Times. However, it wasn't until three years later that she put it up for sale with a price increase of $7 million.
Frustrating for her, the property wasn't attracting buyers at the time, and in 2019 the artist decided to lower the price to $25 million before taking it off the market entirely in 2021. But it seems that she has found someone to take expensive property from her hands.
What does the penthouse sold by JLo look like?
Located in a converted historic 1924 mansion, the 2,895 square foot property features an indoor/outdoor design with four private terraces overlooking the New York City skyline.
The location features 24-hour security, a keyed elevator, and a top-of-the-line kitchen with a large island, open shelving, a stainless steel wine bar, and a breakfast bar leading to a separate open dining room.
Also included is a private ground floor guest wing with three spacious bedrooms, staff quarters and a laundry room.
To top it all off, the second level features a master bedroom with two separate bathrooms, a huge dressing room with floor-to-ceiling closets, a deep soaking tub and two private terraces.
