Rymir Satterthwaitewho claimed to be Jay Z‘s son, has taken his alleged father to the Supreme Court for formal recognition.
He has asked for the court documents to be unsealed so he can pursue the case further Jay Z successful.
“This will not be over until justice is done” Satterthwaite said the Daily Mail.
“I just want to live my life and when it’s all said and done, I hope so Jay Z want to be part of my life if that is God’s will.
“I won’t stop fighting for it until I win. And I will win because the law is on our side.”
Satterthwaite has made headlines in recent years for claiming to be a rapper’s biological son Jay Z.
Accordingly Satterthwaite and his mother Wandathey had a brief relationship with Jay Z before he became famous, and Satterthwaite was born in 1994. Jay Z has consistently denied that he is Satterthwaite‘s father, and litigation ensued.
in 2011, Satterthwaite‘s mother filed a civil suit in New Jersey seeking child support and paternity Jay Z.
However, the lawsuit was dismissed on the grounds that the case should have been filed in another state, and it was never filed again.
“The allegations were previously examined in detail by the courts and refuted,” Jay Z‘s lawyers in a letter to the Daily Mail.
“I am sure that this will be the result of all submissions Mr Satterthwaite may be considering at this time.”
