HHollywood Actor Jamie Foxx is recovering positively in hospital, but doctors are still keeping a close eye on the actor following his mysterious medical emergency.
Foxx is doing well but remains in the hospital, according to People Magazine.
“The doctors are running tests, but he’s awake and alert. They’re watching him,” the source told People magazine and Page Six.
The daughter of the ‘Django Unchained’ star Corinne FoxxShe was the first to reveal that her father was ill.
“We wanted to share that my father, Jamie FoxxShe suffered a medical emergency yesterday,” the 29-year-old posted on social media.
“We know how much he is loved and appreciate your prayers. The family requests privacy during this time.”
Sources later revealed that Foxx was taken to a Georgia hospital while filming his movie Back in Action.
His medical emergency reportedly didn’t arise on set.

However, last week there seemed to be a glimmer of hope that Jamie was on his way to a full recovery.
A source revealed to ‘People’ on April 14 that the ‘Ray’ star is “constantly improving”.
An insider then told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday that Jamie was “healed” and could feel “everyone’s love”.
As the Oscar winner recovers, cameras on the set of his Netflix action film have started rolling again after a brief hiatus.
The producers decided to shoot some scenes with Cameron Diaz, her co-star, on Monday McKenna Roberts and a Jamie Foxx look-alike
