James Arthur spotted on celebrity dating app four months after girlfriend gives birth to their first baby together

JAMES Arthur has joined a celebrity dating app four months after his girlfriend gave birth to their first baby.

The surprising move comes after he secretly split from his child’s mother, Jessica Grist, last year.

James – who rose to fame on X Factor in 2012 – was spotted on Raya over the weekend describing his job as a “music artist”.

The 35-year-old has used selfies with the likes of Nicole Scherzinger and Katy Perry on his profile.

He also uploaded a photo of himself performing on stage.

James shared that he had become a father to a baby girl in November 2022, writing on Instagram: “Dear Emily, welcome to the world…”

It came a year after he released a song called Emily on his fourth studio album.

At the time, he suggested writing the song for his future child.

However, he later revealed he wrote it for the unborn daughter he lost after his then-girlfriend had an ectopic pregnancy.
James hasn’t spoken publicly about Jessica since the birth of their baby.

The couple first met in 2012 when she worked as a backup dancer on the James won series of The X Factor.

The couple dated until 2015 before splitting and reconciling in 2017.

The singer also had a relationship with Rita Ora, whose “magic” romance turned him into a sex addict.

James previously opened up about his rise to fame and depression following their affair in his 2017 autobiography.
