This woman can bring you one step closer to your favorite star – so to speak.
Make-up artist Evelin Costa has a unique talent: she can transform into anyone you can imagine.
With theatrical make-up, some latex and some cotton wool, she can transform into your favorite star or character.
Costa, now 25, has always had a passion for cosmetics and turned makeup into a business at the age of 15. She then earned a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and eventually rose to prominence as a makeup artist in her town of Shepparton, Australia.
But when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and people from all over the world discovered their talents on social media, everything changed for them.
Needing to find another outlet for her makeup as lockdowns put customers off, Costa decided to morph into Australian politician Daniel Andrews.

She spent five hours getting the Andrews transformation just right, using latex and cotton wool to create a wider nose and droopy, closed eyelids; He used contouring, bronzer, concealer and a dark brown wig to capture his short hair. and even put his square glasses on her face.
Sometimes she felt discouraged, but she knew it would pay off.
“When I was doubting myself, I encouraged myself and realized how ‘legendary’ it would be if I could do it,” Costa shared. “Even though it doesn’t look quite like him, it was still so much fun. I enjoyed every minute of the transformation.”

She posted the video to her TikTok account @makeupbyevelin – which now has 1.3 million followers and 52.1 million likes – and it went viral overnight.
TikTok helped the makeup artist reignite her passion, and she said her first video was “an impulsive decision to try something new.”
Costa received an “overwhelming” response on the social media platform: the video garnered 35,300 likes and comments saying she created a masterpiece.

“I even got comments like ‘You’re so bloody talented’ and ‘I thought that was a drawing.’ It’s incredible! I’m so thrilled that people liked it,” Costa shared. “One woman wrote, ‘I can’t even do this; I never want to scroll past it.’ That was the best compliment! Someone said it was the best thing they’ve seen all week and another person mentioned that they watch my video every day alongside Dan Andrews press conferences. It’s hilarious!”
“While I’m grateful for the attention, I secretly hope Dan Andrews stumbles upon my transformation himself. That would be great!”
After the response she received, Costa continued to post her transformation of other celebrities.

Her transformation into Lady Gaga received 37,900 likes, her transformation into Miley Cyrus received 1.4 million likes, Khloe Kardashian received 2.2 million likes and her most recent transformation as Angelina Jolie received 4.2 million likes.
“Knowing that my videos have touched the lives of countless people fills me beyond words. The encouraging comments, kind words, and unwavering support I receive serve to fuel my creative fire. They inspire me to push myself even further and to aim higher because I know I have the power to make a difference and put a smile on someone’s face,” Costa shared.
