Fuel subsidy: Nigerians struggling to buy petrol to troll celebrities on social media – Ruger

Sensational singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has poked fun at social media trolls amid the ongoing fuel shortages caused by President Bola Tinubu’s slashing of subsidies.

The DAILY POST recalls that in his inaugural speech, Tinubu announced the elimination of fuel subsidies, leading to a nationwide shortage of the product.

However, Ruger said that despite the fuel shortage, internet trolls are still struggling to buy the product that allows them to power their devices to troll celebrities on social media.

The “Asiwaju” singer recently announced this on his Instagram page.

He wrote, “It’s funny how these Naija twitter trolls fighting to buy fuel are trying to spoil our fun. The fun never ends.”
