Fans and celebrities send their regards to Catherine McPhee and your family.
The singer-actress, who has toured Asia with her musician-songwriter husband, David Fosterposted on Instagram telling fans that due to a “horrific tragedy” she will not be attending the final two shows.
“Dear Jakarta fans, It is with a heavy heart that I announce that I have to miss our last two shows of our Asia run. David and I have experienced a terrible tragedy in our family and at least one of us needs to return to our family. Please know how sorry I am and how much I wish to come back and perform for all of you one day. i love catherine

Though it’s unclear what the tragic event was, fans quickly rallied to the Fosters. “I’m so sorry to hear that! Take care of your family first,” one person wrote. “Oh, I’m so sorry. Sending you both all the love,” said another.
Celebrities also sent messages to the “Country Comfort” star. Nicole Scherzinger wrote, “Sending my love and prayers for your family,” while David’s ex-wife Linda Thompsoncommented, “Sending all the love to you and David and hope everything is ok.”
Katharine and David got married in 2019 and have one child together, a son.
