TThroughout his career as a reality TV star, Bam Margera has been involved in various legal issues. The ‘Jackass’ star has been arrested again and sent to the Vista Detention Facility in California. He was arrested for domestic violence against a current or former spouse, significant other, dating partner, or co-parent. This happened in San Diego. According to the indictment, Brandon Cole (Bam Margera’s real name) allegedly kicked a woman in a hose on the 25000 block of Desmond Dene Rd. There is a statement released to the press by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. It happened at 5:30 a.m. in Escondido County.
Bam was arrested and booked after the incident. After bail was set at $50,000, Margera was released on bail around 1 p.m. last Friday. However, Margera is scheduled to appear in court this Thursday, but the district attorney could choose to either reduce or drop the charges at the hearing. It has not been confirmed whether or not Margera has an attorney representing him. Nor anyone who can represent him at the hearing. Margera has been under extreme pressure over the past year, which continues his erratic and dangerous behavior.
