Alison Hammond shared an emotional update as she marked two years since her mum died.
The This Morning presenter lost both her parents in the space of five months, in 2020.
Her mum Maria died following a battle with liver and lung cancer in January, and her father, who lived in Jamaica, died in June.

The Brummie-born TV star shared a photo of Maria today.
Captioning the post, she said: “Mummy Two years today you left me and the pain has never left my heart.
“I love and Miss you sooo much. I hear and feel you all the time.
“My Angel Maria”.
Other celebrities rushed to support the 46-year-old.
Fellow This Morning star Clodagh McKenna said: “Sending lots of love”
Kate Lawler, with whom she appeared on Big Brother in 2003, said: “What a beautiful picture of your Mumma. She will be so proud of all you have accomplished since she passed darling x”
Gemma Atkinson said: “Ahh Alison .. sending lots of love”
Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan simply posted the kiss and broken heart emojis, while Good Morning Britain’s Alex Beresford posted a single red heart.
In February 2020, Alison posted to announce the heartbreaking death of her mother, writing: “Today I dedicate Valentine’s Day to my beautiful, wonderful Mother Maria who passed away from liver and lung cancer.
“Yesterday my family and I celebrated her amazing life and laid her to rest in a beautiful ceremony she would have been proud of.
“Thank you mummy for giving me the strength to move forward in the knowledge that you’re ok and with God in Heaven now.
“I will always remember you and try and make you proud. I love you mum.”
