Actor Lee Je Hoon Doesn’t Want To Date Female Celebrities — And Netizens Couldn’t Be More Thrilled

He is best known for his performance in the Taxi Driver K drama series. Lee Je Hoon is currently one of the most popular actors in South Korea.
His compelling looks, commendable acting skills, and charming off-screen persona make him the man of dreams. In fact, his on-screen chemistry with his female leads has also often prompted fans to “send” him with his co-stars. suzy (Architecture 101) and Pyo Ye Jin (Taxi driver and taxi driver 2).
But, to the chagrin of those fans, Lee Je Hoon has expressed complete disinterest in dating any of his industry peers.
The actor appeared as a guest on the Aglory YouTube channel, where he was joined by several presenters, including filmmakers Jang Hang Jun. During one of the conversations, a presenter revealed this when she reached out to Lee’s close actor friend Park Jeong Min In order to glean some fun details about his dating life for the interview, Park left her shocked, saying that Lee Je Hoon has always stayed away from anything scandalous.

The co-host was stunned to hear he wasn’t involved with any woman, and joked, “He was born with that face, that body, how could he?” As Lee Je Hoon clarified that he’s had romantic relationships before had, the moderators questioned if he had ever dated a celebrity.

Lee Je Hoon openly replied that one of his dating rules is to never get romantically involved with someone who works in the same industry. He explained that if the relationship doesn’t work out, they wouldn’t be able to see each other, which would only cause problems professionally if they ever had to work together.

Discussing more of his dating standards, the actor revealed that he can’t date people who don’t have good manners. For him, treating the elderly with respect is an indispensable characteristic of his ideal partner. He also mentioned that his goal is to meet someone his match this year and learn more about dating life.
