It’s been a long and dramatic journey, but the Tokyo Olympics are finally underway.
With the games postponed for a year and now taking place under strict rules amid the coronavirus pandemic, it will be an Olympic experience like no other. But as always it will be a couple of weeks full of action.
The official first day of action was Saturday, July 24th, while medals will be offered through Sunday, August 8th.
Jess Fox wins gold in canoe slalom at 5:48 p.m. EST.
