Uniglo (GLO) is pumping 35% during the ICO and is expected to outperform DeFi projects like Aave (AAVE) and Curve (CRV).
The latest addition to the Ethereum blockchain, Uniglo (GLO) is booming. The price of its GLO token has recently increased by 35% and continues to show an upward trend. Read on to learn more about this new project that aims to outperform cryptocurrencies and DeFi projects like Aave (AAVE) and Curve (CRV).
Uniglo (GLO)
Based on Ethereum, Uniglo is a social currency pegged to market demand and a community-managed vault of wealth. At the start of the project, the founders will assemble a treasury that will fund the purchase of high quality digitized real assets and digital currencies. Once the initial asset composition generates profit, the community builds on it by creating the Uniglo Asset Vault. Buying and selling high quality digital assets will increase community profits exponentially.
With strong profits from the asset vault, the project will have sufficient funds to support its idiosyncratic ultra-burn mechanism, which aims to buy back GLO tokens from the market and withdraw them from circulation.
During the Initial Coin Offering (ICO), GLO’s price has already increased by 35%, driving demand for the new cryptocurrency even further, well above demand for existing tokens like Aave (AAVE) and Curve (CRV).
aave
Aave is an open-source protocol that supports lending and lending services and the creation of liquidity markets. Aave users can use up to 20 different assets as collateral. AAVE’s price has been creeping slowly for the past 30 days, starting with a sharp decline in mid-August. On August 17th, the price of AAVE was around $110. On August 29th it fell as low as $78. In mid-September, AAVE was trading around $95. As such, investors aren’t too keen on keeping AAVE in their wallets.
Curve (CRV)
Curve is an Ethereum-based exchange liquidity pool designed for passive income and efficient trading of stablecoins like USDC and DAI. The Curve token, CRV, is given as a reward to Curve liquidity providers. Investors can also convert their CR to veCRV or voice-guarded CRV, allowing for governance participation and more robust rewards. The annual return on deposits in one of Curve’s many liquidity pools is 4%, securing over $5 billion worth of ETH-based assets. Still, an investment in Uniglo could offer returns of over 4% at this point.
The final result
Projects with an impressive ICO don’t come around often. The Uniglo project is a rare crypto gem that could reward early investors during and long after its public launch.
