tsunami financing; Enjoy DeFi yield farming on Aptos

tsunami finance is a DeFi yield farming platform that combines multiple DeFi protocols to maximize yields while minimizing risks for users powered by Aptos. It’s all about allocating capital to liquidity pools and developing farming opportunities to generate the highest possible returns.

What is yield farming?

Yield farming is the practice of lending or staking cryptocurrency on DeFi systems in exchange for interest, governance tokens, or other incentives.

Tsunami financing combines different pools of liquidity to maximize profits while avoiding danger. Although this technology has dangers as the smart contracts used to create DeFi protocols can be compromised.

Why Tsunami Finance

Spot traders and LPs are underserved in the DeFi world. For example, traders are still experiencing slippage on several AMMs on the market today, and while LPs are forced to sell volatility at cheaper rates, they use incorrect market prices to make trades, resulting in them being arbitrated by others.

With virtual AMMs, the problem for traders is still slippage and re-pegging. When re-pegging, uncertain exit liquidity, uncertain exit price, slippage. LPs are not required in VAMMs.

Another problem that Tsunami Finance wants to solve is CLOBs (Central Limit Order Books). While CLOBs are good for spot, futures and options trading, they are very expensive to implement on-chain. And again, like VAMMs, LPs cannot participate in CLOBs.

To solve these problems, Tsunami Finance is designed as a product that is easy to use and fun for traders and LPs. Dynamic liquidity pricing allows traders and LPs to transact seamlessly.

Components of Tsunami Funding

Tsunami funding is a complex DeFi yield farming strategy where multiple components work together to maximize returns. Some of the key components of tsunami financing are:

  • Liquidity Pools: Tsunami funding typically involves providing liquidity to various pools on DeFi platforms. Liquidity pools are pools of tokens locked to provide liquidity for a specific DeFi protocol. In exchange for providing liquidity, investors receive rewards in the form of interest or governance tokens.
  • Yield Farming Opportunities: Yield farming opportunities are opportunities to earn additional rewards on top of the rewards earned by providing liquidity. These opportunities may include staking tokens on a specific platform or participating in a liquidity mining program.
  • Leverage: Tsunami financing often involves the use of leverage to increase potential returns. Leverage allows investors to borrow funds to increase their exposure to a particular asset, which can increase potential returns. However, leverage also increases the risk of loss.
  • Risk Management: Tsunami financing involves taking significant risks, so risk management is a critical part of the strategy. This includes diversifying investments across multiple protocols and platforms, using stop-loss orders to limit potential losses, and constantly monitoring investments for signs of risk.
  • Yield Optimizer Platforms: Yield optimizer platforms are tools that help investors maximize their returns from yield farming. These platforms analyze various yield farming opportunities and liquidity pools to identify the best strategies to maximize yield while minimizing risk.

Tsunami Funding allows users to access liquidity, trade and exchange on-chain.

Tokenomics of Tsunami Finance

NAMI is designed as Tsunami Finance’s native token. NAMI will be the Tsunami’s governance token, allowing the DAO to vote on log reward mechanisms, dev team compensation, and bribery mechanisms.

NAMI token holders are granted privileged access to certain Discord channels only available to other verified NAMI holders. Also, there will be platform features that are only accessible to NAMI token holders with a certain ownership level, or that will be enhanced by owning more NAMI.

The team behind Tsunami Finance

The three co-founders of Tsunami Finance are David Siegel, Michael Novogratz and Ian Balina. David Siegel is a serial entrepreneur and investor who has co-founded Westgate Resorts, Sun Capital Partners and Platinum Equity.

Michael Novogratz, a former investment banker at Goldman Sachs, is now a hedge fund manager and venture capitalist. Ian Balina is an entrepreneur and investor who co-founded Gold Rush Ventures, Social Finance and Crowdvilla.
