Tsunami Finance is an Aptos-based DeFi yield farming platform that combines multiple DeFi protocols to maximize yields while minimizing risk for users. It involves allocating capital into liquidity pools and creating farming opportunities to achieve the highest possible yields.
What is yield farming?
Yield farming is the practice of lending or staking cryptocurrencies on DeFi systems in exchange for interest, governance tokens, or other incentives.
Tsunami Finance combines different liquidity pools to maximize returns while avoiding risk. However, this technology poses dangers as the smart contracts used to set up DeFi protocols can be compromised.
Why Tsunami Funding?
Spot traders and LPs are underserved in the DeFi world. For example, several AMMs on the market today still experience slippage, and while LPs are forced to sell volatility at cheaper rates, they take advantage of misaligned market prices to close deals, leading to arbitrage by others.
With virtual AMMs, the problem for traders is still slippage and re-pegging. On re-binding, uncertain exit liquidity, uncertain exit price, slippage. LPs are not required in VAMMs.
Another problem that Tsunami Finance wants to solve is the CLOBs (Central Limit Order Books). While CLOBs are well suited for spot, futures and options trading, they are very expensive to implement on-chain. And like VAMMs, LPs cannot participate in CLOBs either.
To solve these problems, Tsunami Finance is designed as a product that is easy to use and fun for traders and LPs. Dynamic liquidity pricing allows traders and LPs to transact seamlessly.
