The upcoming Web3 game Golden Egg Wonderland is powered by the FRUITS Eco-Blockchain project and will allow players to exchange in-game NFTs for real golden eggs.

According to the latest Q2 report from DappRadar and BGA, blockchain-based games still dominate at 36% in on-chain wallet activity versus non-fungible tokens (NFTs), decentralized finance (DeFi) and social networks.
The ability of players to leverage gameplay mechanics to collect in-game tokens and NFTs that can be exchanged for real value, also known as the play-to-earn (P2E) trend, is a key driver of growth of the Web3 gaming space.
As with any new trend, blockchain-based P2E games continue to evolve for the benefit of players. Thanks to the traceability and transparency of digital ownership provided by blockchain technology, in-game items can be valued and treated like their real-world counterparts.
P2E evolved to play for gold
The upcoming Web3 game Golden Egg Wonderland is based on the FRUITS Eco-Blockchain project and aims to bring digital entertainment with “Play-for-Gold” gameplay, where physical golden eggs can be exchanged for NFT certificates, the bring the real world one step closer to be achievable within the game world.
Inspired by Aesop’s Fables, Golden Egg Wonderland allows players to capture, raise and interbreed birds to obtain NFT Eggs. Each new egg in the game can potentially come out as a golden egg. If a player receives such an egg after breeding, they will receive a redeemable NFT certificate that entitles them to a physical golden egg of the same size and serial number.

After participating in the game with a FRUITS wallet on iOS or Android devices, players can catch eggs or birds using the game map as a guide. In addition, players can offer their bred birds for sale, buy birds from other sellers and trade eggs on the FRUITS NFT marketplace.
AI controlled gold reserves
The monthly production rate and the maximum production of gold eggs are determined using artificial intelligence (AI) based on the amount of gold held in the real world. When crossed, the rarity of the eggs is affected by a coefficient derived from the status and rarity of the birds. The gold stock is published monthly on the official website and social media pages.
Players are encouraged to breed and breed birds, increasing their chances of receiving a Golden Egg NFT that players can exchange for physical gold at certain stores.
The roadmap to P4G
Golden Egg Wonderland Beta will be released in July 2023 and will feature the basics of the game including capturing birds and eggs, hatching, raising and crossing. The development team plans to add bird-versus-bird combat and associated PvP rewards, a friends list, user-to-user trading capabilities, and gold supply traceability capabilities as part of the first phase of a year-long roadmap.
Location-specific features enabled by GPS location synchronization will be added in the second phase starting in late 2023. The game determines the type and strength of birds that appear based on the player’s location and unlocks NFT tickets that allow the player to go to different countries in the game based on the distance traveled.

The next phase will see Golden Egg Wonderland officially launched on iOS and Android platforms, along with the opening of a physical store to exchange Gold Egg NFTs for physical gold in early 2024. After the game’s full release, players will be able to build their islands using Stamina or FRTS, the native token of the FRUITS eco-blockchain project.
