Stellar Lumen added an additional level to their quest, allowing learners to earn XLM and NFT badges for completing each level. The blockchain-based payment network has unveiled Level 3, the most challenging level of the Stellar Quest Learn. After launching the educational platform in October 2022, the team has continuously optimized the platform to meet demand based on consumer feedback. As such, Stellar Quest Learn has become more engaging, user-friendly, and educational. Every category of learner is accommodated at Stellar Quest – either novice or expert.
Most learners gain knowledge of the basic operational and configuration processes at the account level. The newly added level is an advanced phase of the learning process. Learners are presented with bump sequences, sponsorships, clawbacks, claimable credits, and liquidity pools. In particular, participants can proceed directly to Level 3 of Stellar Quest and discard the previous stages. However, there is a catch. They lose earning NFT badges if they don’t complete previous levels.
XLM rewards for completing Stellar Quest levels
Learners will also receive XLM rewards for completing a Stellar Quest level in addition to NFT Badges. Stellar Quest patrons are eligible for 100 XLM in rewards shared across all tiers. While learners who complete Level One would receive 20 XLM, there is 30 XLM for completing Stage Two. Interestingly, the reward for completing level 3, the most difficult, is 50 XLM. Stellar wrote in his blog post that it is necessary to connect or create an Albedo wallet in order to receive the XLM rewards and NFT badges. Albedo is Stella Quest’s official wallet.
Most of Stellar Quest’s answers relate to the confusion of the onboarding process. An examination of the situation has indicated that many users are new to the blockchain sphere. These users find it difficult to set up a crypto wallet and they often quit before attempting a quest. As a solution, the team introduced an introductory quest called the Pioneer Quest. It will teach newcomers what a wallet is, how to set it up and how useful it is. Although Albedo was the case study, those interested can apply the information to other crypto wallets.
Additionally, the team suspended the mandatory requirement to connect a wallet before attempting a quest. Learners can learn the variation of Stellar operations without earning XLM rewards or NFTs badges for completing a quest. It’s a great benefit for people who want to complete a quest or two just for educational purposes.
The team will continue to release more side quests and features for the network in addition to the recently released Level 3. Stellar Quest Learn will add some side quests teaching how to initiate transactions and mint NFTs. Also, the Stellar Quest Live event could happen before the year is out.
