Decisions regarding the approval of Franklin Templeton and Global
The deadline for the SEC to take action against Franklin Templeton was today and for Global X’s attempt was November 21st. Due to these delays, the new deadlines are pushed back to early 2024.
Few expected spot approval of Bitcoin ETFs this week, so the SEC’s action comes as little surprise. Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at $36,450, up slightly for the day.
