Crypto payments company Ramp Network has expanded its cryptocurrency services in Brazil by integrating with the Brazilian Central Bank’s Pix system.
This move is part of Ramp’s strategy to grow in South America, where the company recently began operations. Launched in 2021 by the Brazilian Central Bank, Pix is widely used by 200 million Brazilians for quick payments.
With this integration, Ramp aims to make it easier for Brazilians to purchase cryptocurrencies quickly and conveniently. Brazil has become a hotspot for cryptocurrency activity, attracting major players such as Coinbase and Bitget, both of which use Pix for payments.
Ramp Network’s integration into the Brazilian Central Bank’s Pix system reflects a strategic move to tap into Brazil’s growing cryptocurrency market.
