In partnership with Pact, Folks Finance is pleased to announce Lending Pools! Liquidity providers can deposit simultaneously in the Folks Finance credit markets and in liquidity pools on Pact.fi!

This composition of DeFi fundamentals allows depositors to earn income from both products at the same time.

credit pools are DEX pools composed of interest-bearing assets.

When you use Lending Pools for ALGO-USDC, you get:

• The interest from the ALGO deposit
• The interest from the USDC deposit
• The swap fees from the DEX pool

What’s great about lending pools?

• Higher liquidity. By providing liquidity to the Folks Lending Markets and the DEXs, capital can be allocated more efficiently throughout the ecosystem.
• Larger TVL. By increasing the efficiency of deposited assets, TVL increases across the ecosystem.
