“Don’t Fear” – Crypto Trader Says Bull Market Is Still Ongoing Despite Bitcoin’s Correction Overnight

A widely followed crypto analyst is warning traders to be concerned about Bitcoin (BTC)'s nearly 5% decline in the last 24 hours.

Crypto analyst Michaël van de Poppe tells his 702,300 followers on the social media platform X that market corrections can be seen as opportunities for traders.

“Bitcoin fell 7-8% overnight.

Altcoins have followed this correction and markets are taking a breather.

I think we are probably close to the pre-halving peak.

The corrections here remain as opportunities through which altcoins are likely to follow Bitcoin to an all-time high.”

Van de Poppe goes on to say that from a technical perspective, a decline in BTC is to be expected.

“From a technical perspective for Bitcoin;

– Lower volumes in the uptrend

– Combined with a bearish divergence

A valid correction is taking place, which is normal.

The chances are good that the peak will be reached before the halving.

Ultimately, there are signs of a rally in altcoins.”

Additionally, the analyst reiterates his point that traders can view dips as opportunities to enter the markets.

“I've mentioned it a few times, but in the markets you don't chase green candles.

They look forward to days like this. I'm eager to find the fixes because that will give you a head start.

Altcoins down 10-15%? All right, let’s put something in.”

Finally, Van de Poppe says that traders should not be afraid of BTC’s decline.

“Don’t worry, we are at the beginning of a bull cycle.

Enjoy the dips.”

At the time of writing, BTC is worth $68,353, down 4.7% in the last 24 hours.
