DMALINK continues to develop its spot FX trading services and supports T+0 settlement via its API and GUI service as well as VOICE. According to the company, the inclusion of Commerzbank is in line with its strategy to meet customer demand across all regions.
Manu Choudhary, CEO of DMALINK, concluded: “We are pleased to confirm Commerzbank’s partnership with us. This addition, based on continued customer demand, is in line with our core objective of providing data-driven institutional FX liquidity in a variety of trading sizes to users who efficiently access primary markets.”
DMALINK has expanded its Scandinavian currency options by collaborating with Danske Bank A/S. This venture will provide DMALINK's buy-side clients with access to targeted liquidity for Scandinavian currencies.
“Scandinavian currencies such as DKK, NOK and SEK are important for our customers’ portfolios. Users can access Danske Bank’s tailored pricing through preset liquidity pools, underpinned by advanced analytics,” commented Siwek.
DMALINK expands the global code of conduct for eFX market makers
Previously, Finance Magnates reported that DMALINK has expanded its global order matching functionality for the eFX Market Maker Code of Conduct. After a beta test in early 2022, the step was supported by selected opponents of the test.
Although the code was voluntary, DMALINK's Siwek viewed it as a positive step, providing benefits such as the implementation of key metrics such as a bid-to-order ratio.

The expansion involved market makers categorized by region and currency, adhering to the code to meet institutional client demand, with the aim of improving liquidity provision and expanding the parameters for prudent liquidity use this year.
Ashwind Soonarane, COO of DMALINK, emphasized that the Code of Conduct facilitates collaboration between market makers and clients and provides a benchmark for sustainable eFX execution practices.
DMALINK has strengthened its presence in the eFX space by integrating Crédit Agricole CIB into its FX platform and, thanks to this partnership, ensuring customized eFX pricing for clients due to increased demand on the buy-side. In February 2022, the company expanded its advisory team with the appointments of Greg Myes and Thomas Soede and focused on expanding the company's foreign exchange and digital asset presence.
