Crypto Analyst Reveals ‘Unpopular Opinion’ and Predicts ‘Devastating’ Event After Unexpected Rally in 2023

A popular crypto analyst predicts things will go well for Bitcoin (BTC) and other digital assets this year before the sector plunges into a “devastating” bear market.

Pseudonymous analyst Credible Crypto outlined his predictions in response to a Twitter poll on Monday asking Twitter users for their most unpopular crypto opinions.

“New all-time highs for BTC in 2023, followed by the longest and most devastating bear market we’ve seen since Bitcoin’s inception (think dot-com bust, but for crypto), followed by the next 10+ year long secular bull market for crypto -Equivalents.” compared to what we’ve seen in tech stocks since 2008.”

Credible Crypto expects Bitcoin’s new all-time highs to be reached this year, but acknowledges that they may not be reached until 2024.

“I expect that next parabolic surge to take us to new all-time highs this year. I don’t know where the parabolic rise will end, except that it usually occurs a few months after the old highs are broken and is likely to be below $300,000. That could mean we see our peak for this move in 24, yes. Whenever this parabolic progress ends, I expect that to be a multi-year high.”

Bitcoin is trading at $30,488 at the time of writing. The top-rated crypto asset by market cap is down 0.47% in the past 24 hours.
