- Miners continue to deplete their reserves as selling pressure increases.
- BTC volume has continued its trend without any significant impact.
Bitcoin [BTC] Miners are rapidly liquidating their holdings, resulting in a significant decline in reserves, reaching their lowest level in years.
Bitcoin miner reserves hit a low point
Recent data from CryptoQuant showed a significant increase in selling pressure from Bitcoin miners in recent weeks. According to the analysis, this increased selling activity had a negative impact on Miner Reserve.
Over 14,000 BTC, equivalent to about $600 million, have left reserves in the last few days. This decline marks the lowest level the reservation has experienced since July 2021.
Additionally, the reserve’s recent analysis revealed that it currently holds approximately 1.83 million BTC. What is noteworthy is that the reserve continued to decline at the time of writing.

Outflow dominates Bitcoin miner netflow
Analysis of Bitcoin miner net flow shows that there has been a consistent dominance of outflow since the beginning of February. The last significant inflow occurred on January 31st with almost 11,000 BTC.
Since then, however, the trend has been predominantly towards outflow, peaking on February 1st with volume above 13,500. This February 1 outflow marked the highest single daily volume observed in a year.

Understanding Netflow values is crucial. A positive net inflow means an increase in the reserve, while a negative net inflow means a decrease.
The Netflow data provides a clearer view of how miners have sold their holdings and the inflow attempts to offset this activity.
The trend of Bitcoin volume remains the same
Analysis of Bitcoin volume data showed that no significant trends were evident over the past few days. In the last three days, the highest volume recorded reached around $26 billion.
At the time of writing, the volume was around $22 billion. This suggests that despite the significant decline in the volume of mining reserves recently, there is no impact on the overall volume development.
