According to the latest Crypto Wealth Report, there are now an incredible 88,200 crypto millionaires scattered across the globe in the crypto world. The wealth of this emerging class of wealth owners has increased thanks to the ever-expanding universe of digital assets.
Amazingly, half of these newly minted millionaires have tied their financial dreams to Bitcoin (BTC), the world’s largest and most popular cryptocurrency.
The report, which delved deep into the crypto landscape, also uncovered interesting statistics about the top echelons of crypto wealth. Among the 182 people who held more than $100 million worth of crypto assets, a whopping 78 were committed Bitcoiners.
The report further emphasized the power of bitcoin, revealing that six of the 22 crypto traders who amassed more than $1 billion in assets had done so primarily by trading the major cryptocurrency, bitcoin.

Experts praise the crypto revolution
Prominent figures from the financial world have spoken out about the crypto phenomenon. Jeff D. Opdyke, a veteran investment professional, stressed in one press release that “from the moment bitcoin was born in 2009, crypto would always become the most inevitable trade in 30 years.”
Opdyke’s claim is backed by the staggering $3 trillion market cap the sector reached in 2021, marking a historic milestone in its evolution.
According to the Henley & Partners Crypto Adoption Index, Singapore has emerged as the undisputed leader in cryptocurrency adoption. The city-state government has played a crucial role in fostering the growth of its national digital asset sector while ensuring tax policies that are beneficial to both investors and individuals.

Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are close behind in second and third place, making them notable Competitors in the global crypto race. Surprisingly, the United States and the United Kingdom are fifth and seventh, showing the potential for regulatory improvements in these important markets.
