Top crypto prices saw a mixed performance today as Bitcoin (BTC) price neared $64,000 while some altcoins fell significantly. Furthermore, Ethereum price was also trading above $3,400. Meanwhile, other top altcoins such as Solana (SOL) and XRP lost value, while Cardano (ADA) gained significantly.

Bitcoin price remained above $62,000. Bitcoin price rose by 2.52% to reach $63,610.46 at the time of writing on Monday, March 4. On the other hand, trading volume increased by 59.70% to $34.46 billion in the last 24 hours. The cryptocurrency now has a market capitalization of $1.24 trillion.
Among altcoins, Ethereum price was up 1.34% at $3,483.83 at press time with a market valuation of $418.58 billion. At the same time, ETH trading volume increased by 37.65% and reached $16 billion. Meanwhile, the price of Binance Coin (BNB) increased by 0.67% to reach $415.13. Additionally, the 24-hour trading volume increased by 38.10% to $1.93 billion.
Solana price defied the increasing momentum and fell below the $130 mark. Solana price fell 0.19% to settle at 129.80. In contrast, SOL saw a 36.47% decrease in trading volume to $3.27 billion in the last 24 hours. Despite the recent decline, XRP price continued to trade above the $0.63 level. XRP price recorded a decline of 1.01% and settled at $0.6319. Additionally, XRP trading volume fell by 4.50% to $2.21 billion.
Meanwhile, Cardano price recorded a 0.91% increase today to $0.7467. Meanwhile, ADA saw a massive 13.85% drop in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $1.08 billion. As top crypto prices faced volatility, the meme coin space was also affected. Dogecoin price rose 10.91% to $0.1585, while its rival Shiba Inu gained 2.25% to trade at $0.00002277.

Bonk rallies 33%
Bonk (BONK), a dog-faced meme cryptocurrency based on Solana, saw a phenomenal rise of over 32% and is among the top crypto gainers today. Bonk price was up 32.66% at $0.00003257 at the time of reporting. Furthermore, trading volume increased by 58.11% to $1.01 billion. Furthermore, the Bonk cryptocurrency hit a high of $0.00003369 today as part of the rally.
