Bitcoin is now the 10th largest asset in the world, surpassing Tesla

Leading cryptocurrency by market capitalization Bitcoin has proven its position in the financial market by climbing the ladder and becoming one of the top assets in the world.

Bitcoin market cap is close to $1 trillion

According to a long list Bitcoin became the 10th largest asset in the ranking of all assets, including public companies, precious metals, cryptocurrencies and ETFs. Before that there was only gold, silver and some top technology companies like Microsoft, Apple and Amazon.

With this ranking, Bitcoin overtook Tesla, payments giant Visa and even Elon Musk-owned banking giant JPMorgan. Bitcoin has reached this milestone with a market cap of almost $1 trillion, with the coin currently priced at $48,179. More specifically, Bitcoin, Tesla, Visa, and JPMorgan have a market capitalization of $947.07 billion, $616.47 billion, $567.80 billion, and $503.45 billion, respectively.

The next cryptocurrency is Ethereum, which is at the bottom of the list at number 36 out of 100.

Gold tops the list with a market cap of $13.6 trillion. Notably, gold's market value is currently around $2,039, down 0.45% overnight.

Over the past few days, Bitcoin has shown some positive sentiment that suggests a bull run. Furthermore, market watchers and analysts are optimistic that the coin may reach a new high as part of this ongoing rally.

High predictions BTC price predictions

As reported by Coingape, CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju recently expressed his bullish stance on Bitcoin price on X.

He went that far predicts a 160% increase for the coin and stated that Bitcoin would hit $112,000 this year, or a low of at least $55,000. Young Ju’s sentiment is driven by the huge inflows the spot Bitcoin ETF market has seen over the past month. So far, the ecosystem has seen inflows of up to $9.5 billion, even amid massive Grayscale outflows.

Similarly, renowned crypto analyst Stockmoney Lizards mentioned that Bitcoin may have found its new minimum price at $40,000. He based his explanation on certain patterns he studied, including popular ones Bitcoin halving Event. Lizards acknowledged that Bitcoin halvings were always preceded by a bull run.

Based on historical trends, the next halving is scheduled for April, so investors may want to look forward to Bitcoin's future prospects after the halving. The previous price fluctuation was a Disadvantage before halvingwhich may be over now as the coin is performing better than before.
