Top crypto prices took a tumble today as Bitcoin (BTC) price approached $67,000 again after hitting an all-time high of $73,641.04. In contrast, Ethereum price fell below the $3,600 level. Meanwhile, other top altcoins such as XRP and Cardano (ADA) fell massively while Solana (SOL) rose.

Bitcoin price lost over 7% today. Bitcoin price plunged 7.56% to reach $67,348.89 at the time of writing on Friday, March 15. On the other hand, trading volume increased by 50.70% to $72.34 billion in the last 24 hours. The cryptocurrency now has a market capitalization of $1.32 trillion.
Among altcoins, Ethereum price fell 7.41% to $3,664.32 at press time with a market valuation of $441.24 billion. At the same time, ETH trading volume increased by 38.67% and reached $30.31 billion. Meanwhile, the price of Binance Coin (BNB) fell by 5.09% to reach $581.82. Additionally, the 24-hour trading volume fell by 21.32% to $4.85 billion.
Solana price bucked the downtrend and approached the $180 mark. Solana price rose 5.61% to settle at $177.81. Additionally, SOL saw a 64.42% increase in trading volume to $10.91 billion in the last 24 hours. At the same time, XRP price fell below the $0.64 mark. XRP price saw a 6.11% drop and reached $0.6346. On the contrary, XRP trading volume increased by 69.57% to $4.05 billion.
Meanwhile, Cardano price fell 4.25% to $0.7167 today. Meanwhile, ADA saw its 24-hour trading volume increase by 110.66%, settling at $1.84 billion. Dogecoin price fell 8.70% to $0.1547, while the price of its competitor, Shiba Inu, fell 8.83% in value to trade at $0.00002997.
