Top crypto prices saw a mixed performance today as Bitcoin (BTC) price moved back towards $73,000 after hitting an all-time high of $73,641.04. In contrast, Ethereum price fell below the $4,000 mark. Meanwhile, other top altcoins such as XRP and Cardano (ADA) fell while Solana (SOL) recovered.

Bitcoin price remained above the $72,000 mark. Bitcoin price rose 1% to reach $72,906.33 at the time of writing on Thursday, March 14. On the other hand, trading volume fell by 21.49% to $48.03 billion in the last 24 hours. The cryptocurrency now has a market capitalization of $1.43 trillion.
In the altcoin space, Ethereum price fell 2.12% to $3,957.90 at press time with a market valuation of $475.46 billion. Meanwhile, ETH saw a 16.45% decrease in trading volume, reaching $21.88 billion. Meanwhile, the price of Binance Coin (BNB) rose by 13.72% to reach $611.68. Additionally, the 24-hour trading volume increased by 53.08% to $6.17 billion.
Solana price approached the $170 mark. Solana price rose 12.62% to settle at $168.68. Additionally, SOL saw a 16.99% increase in trading volume to $6.63 billion in the last 24 hours. At the same time, XRP price fell below the $0.68 level. XRP price saw a 2.80% drop and reached $0.6759. Additionally, XRP trading volume fell by 34.01% to $2.39 billion.
Meanwhile, Cardano price fell 0.39% to $0.7482 today. Meanwhile, ADA saw a 6.60% decline in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $874.63 million.
