The Federal Reserve monitored the economic health of the United States in a poll of 11,000 respondents that takes place each year. However, for the first time, it contained questions about cryptocurrencies – Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.

According to the data collected, the adult population of the US has started to show interest in crypto. Twelve percent of American adults considered it an investment vehicle and 3 percent reported using it for payments.

According to the Pew Research Center, as of November last year, 16% of Americans admitted they had used crypto for trading, investing, or making payments. These were mainly male respondents between the ages of 18 and 29.

86% said they have heard of BTC, ETH or other cryptos at least once, and 24% have heard a lot about digital assets.
