Jay Norris worked on the trading floor of the Chicago Board of Trade throughout the 80’s and 90’s and currently serves as professor for Trading University. Jay has written two best-selling books on trading including Mastering The Currency Market (McGraw-Hill, 2009) and Mastering Trade Selection and Management (McGraw-Hill, 2011). He has also appeared on multiple shows including International Business Times, ForexTV, and ONN TV. Jay teaches the Trading University methodologies in live markets, 8 hours per week.
Al Gaskill specialized in buying distressed businesses in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and turning them around into profitable enterprises. Mr. Gaskill got his start in trading in the early 70’s and went on to set up a fund to reward and retain key employees through a profit sharing plan. With over 40 years of trading experience, Al Gaskill is truly a lifetime student of the markets. He has studied many trading methodologies, and uses what he learned to created new methods that are the foundation of what we teach at Trading University.
Teresa Bell has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Graduate School of Business, where she studied Finance. She co-authored the best-selling book Mastering The Currency Market (McGraw-Hill, 2009), along with Jay Norris and Al Gaskill. Teresa hosts the Core Concepts office hours, and assists Jay Norris with the Advanced and Graduate Courses.
