Texas coach Steve Sarkisian is in hot water after video went viral on Friday showing the Longhorns coach berating a crewman in the tunnel before the team lost to Washington at the Alamo Bowl on Thursday night.
As Sarkisian prepares to lead his team out of the tunnel before kick-off, a crewman wearing a headset was seen placing his hand on the Texas coach’s chest to let him know they should wait until they’re out run the tunnel.
What seemed harmless turned heated when Sarkisian apparently took offense at the crew member’s actions and began calling the person obscenities.
Sarkisian exploded and was seen saying, “Don’t the fuck touch me, Motherf—-r. hands off me.”
Things are certainly not looking good for the Texas coach, who went on to lose the bowl game to end his second season on the job with an 8-5 record. In two seasons at Austin, Sarkisian is only 13-12 since taking over from former coach Tom Herman. For reference, Herman was 17-10 at the top of the Longhorns in his first two seasons.
