Yudiz Solutions, an IPO-bound enterprise technology company focused on blockchain, AI and gaming, has received NSE approval for a SME IPO. With this approval, the company will invest approximately INR 80 million to set up a gaming studio and multi-gaming platform. The game studio aims to produce over 40 games per year.
Yudiz Solutions, already known for developing apps, will now be the first game developer to be publicly traded and have its own publishing platform.
The new Yudiz game studio will focus on developing high-quality games for multiple platforms. These games will leverage Yudiz’ cutting-edge technology solutions and in-house expertise to design and develop the games. They will also develop games for other publishers and allow other developers to publish games on their new publishing platform. This will be the only game company that develops and publishes its own and third-party games.

With an EBITDA of 21.77 percent for FY22-23 and a CAGR of 42.34 percent over the last three years, Yudiz also boasts a PAT of Rs.2.75 CR in FY22-23. With the recently approved DRHP, the Company will complete a public offering consisting of 27,17,600 new shares.
