Young mining company Key Mining sets terms for $10 million initial public offering

Key Mining, a Florida-based mining company with two exploration-stage projects in Chile, announced terms of its initial public offering on Friday.

The Miami, Florida-based company plans to raise $10 million by offering 4 million shares priced at $2 to $3. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Key Mining would have a fully diluted market value of $61 million.

Key Mining is an exploration-stage mining company primarily focused on the development of two projects in the Atacama region of Chile. His Cerro Blanco project is primarily focused on finding rutile from which high-quality titanium dioxide (TiO2) can be processed. The Fiel Rosita project is primarily focused on prospecting for copper and, to a lesser extent, zinc. Key Mining has a limited operating history, has never generated revenue and does not currently operate any mines.

Key Mining was founded in 2020 and plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol KMCM. Titan Partners is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
