SYDNEY, May 10 (Reuters) – Planning for Virgin Australia’s forthcoming IPO is well advanced, the airline’s chairman Ryan Cotton said in an internal email provided to Reuters on Wednesday.
“I can also confirm that IPO planning is well advanced,” Cotton said.
“While no date has been set and our final timeframe will depend on market conditions, we hope this process will progress over the coming quarters.”
A Virgin Australia spokesman confirmed the content of the internal email.
