TQM Corporation Public Company Limited (“the Company”) offered to the public 75 million common shares for capital increase (IPO) on December 12-14, 2018 at the offering price of 23.0 baht per share, a net amount of 1,681.8 million Baht after deduction corresponds to subscription fee and costs related to the offering.

The company would like to report the increase in investments as of June 30, 2022 as follows:

Annotation: 1/ The change of purpose from server investment to “cloud system” does not require investment in hardware; therefore, the monthly fee is payable instead. The benefit of this change is to support further development and future usage needs.
