Thyssenkrupp Nucera on Wednesday set the final price for its IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange slightly below the middle of its previously stated range, valuing the German hydrogen company at 2.53 billion euros ($2.75 billion).
The German green energy industrial company said the IPO would raise around 605 million euros and its shares are due to start trading on Friday. Up to 30.3 million shares will be sold as part of the IPO, with a free float of 24% of the company’s share capital expected.
The company, along with shareholders Thyssenkrupp and Industrie De Nora, set the IPO price at €20 per share, down from a range of €19.00 to €21.50 per share in July. Thyssenkrupp will retain a majority stake in the company even after the IPO.
