Thyssenkrupp: Markets unfavorable, but IPO remains preferred option for Nucera

FRANKFURT, Sept 19 (Reuters) – Thyssenkrupp (TKAG.DE) said on Monday markets were too nervous for a quick listing of its hydrogen division Nucera and confirmed an initial public offering (IPO) was still the preferred scenario for the company .

“Even if we currently assess the capital market environment as rather unfavorable for a quick IPO, an IPO for tk nucera remains the preferred option,” the company replies when asked whether the general conditions have changed in the course of Porsche’s planned IPO.

“We continue to monitor developments closely.”
