Ten companies have completed registrations with China’s top securities regulator for initial public offerings in Shanghai and Shenzhen, the first group of companies to list shares on the main stock exchanges under China’s revamped IPO regime.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on Thursday approved the listing plans of 10 companies including Citic Metal Group Ltd., Jiangxi Salt Industry Group, Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen CECport Technologies Co.Ltd.
