Taiwanese aquaculture developer Nocera (OTC:NCRA) uplisted its shares on the Nasdaq, conducting a $6.6 million IPO on Thursday.
Shares of Nocera opened at $2.26 and hit a low of $2.07 in early trade before climbing to a high from $3 late morning. The stock recently changed hands at around 1:35pm ET at $2.60.
Nocera also completed a 2-for-3 reverse stock split prior to the listing. The stock closed at $5.18 on Wednesday, the last session before the split took effect. Before Thursday, the stock was traded over-the-counter.
The sustainable seafood company, which has developed a land-based aquaculture system, offered 1.9 million units at $3.50 per unit and raised $6.6 million. Each unit consisted of one share plus two warrants to purchase two shares at a price of $3.85 per share. The underwriters have been given a 45-day option to purchase up to 282,000 additional units.
