Steps to Check Online Status

Protean eGov Technologies (formerly known as NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure) is expected to complete share allotment for its initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday, November 9.

Investors who have placed a bid for the IPO worth ₹490 Crore can check the allotment status online on the BSE website or the official registrar website Link Intime India Private Ltd by following a few steps.

After the allocation basis has been determined, the shares will be allocated to the selected investors on November 13th. The refund will be made on November 15 for investors who did not receive the allotment, while the shares will be credited to the demat accounts of the successful bidders on November 16.

The company’s shares will be listed on the stock exchange on November 17th.

The Rs 490 crore IPO was strictly an offer for sale (OFS) of 61.91 lakh shares. The price band for the IPO has been set at a price band of Rs 752-792 per share.

The company is engaged in the conception, development and implementation of nationally important and population-wide greenfield technology solutions and was founded in 1995 as a custodian bank. The company created a systemically important national infrastructure for capital market development in India.

On November 3, the company raised a little over Rs 143 crore from anchor investors.

How to Check Stock Allotment Status on BSE Website

Investors can check the share allotment status on the official BSE website: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx

After logging in to the BSE website, follow these steps:

1. Select the stock option and then enter the name “Protean eGov Technologies” in the drop-down box.

2. Enter either the application number exactly or the PAN number (10-digit alphanumeric number).

3. Click on the captcha to confirm and then click on the “Search” button.
