Solowin Holdings said Friday it expected the size of its IPO to be 2.5 million shares of common stock, down from a previous plan to sell 3.75 million shares.

Solowin Holdings said Friday it expected the size of its IPO to be 2.5 million shares of common stock, down from a previous plan to sell 3.75 million shares.
The company said the offering is expected to cost $4 to $6 per share.
Solowin said it is a Cayman Islands holding company whose operations are managed by its Hong Kong-based subsidiary Solomon JFZ (Asia) Holdings.
The company reported revenue of $4.5 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022 and $3.3 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022.
Solowin Holdings said it has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol SWIN.
