Singapore-based edtech IMMRSIV (IMSV) has filed for a proposed $17 million IPO.
In its filing, the IMMRSIV did not specify the number or price of the shares to be offered, but specified in a fee schedule for the filing that it was trying to raise around $17 million.
The company hopes to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the symbol IMSV. Prime Number Capital acts as Lead Bookrunner.
Edtech is in the red. For the six month period ended June 30, IMMRSIV reported a net loss of $439,000 on revenue of $174,000.
Based in Singapore, IMMRSIV is an educational and training content provider, much of which leverages AR and VR technology.
