Blank check company SilverBox Corp III filed for an initial public offering with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
The company said it plans to offer 10 million units priced at $10 each in its IPO.
According to SPAC, SilverBox Capital LLC is the managing member of its sponsor, SilverBox Sponsor III LLC. The company also said members of the management team have worked together as officers or board members of several other blank check companies.
SilverBox Corp III said it plans to list its units on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol SBXC.U.
Credit Suisse is listed as the sole book-running manager of the offering.
