Samhi Hotels IPO Subscription Status: Samhi Hotels IPO has been subscribed 1.02 times on the third day so far. The Samhi Hotels IPO opened for subscription on Thursday, September 14 and closes today (Monday, September 18).

The retail investor portion of the Samhi IPO was subscribed to 83%, the NII portion was subscribed to 27% and the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed to 1.47%.

According to BSE data, Samhi Hotels IPO has received offers for 6,40,50,560 shares against 6,25,29,831 shares on offer at 1:03 pm IST.

The retail investor portion of Samhi Hotels IPO received offers for 95,04,649 shares as against 1,14,34,033 shares offered for this segment.

The non-institutional investor portion of Samhi IPO received offers for 45,58,771 shares against 1,71,51,050 shares offered for this segment.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) unit of Samhi IPO received offers for 4,99,87,140 shares against 3,39,44,748 shares offered for this segment.

Samhi Hotels’ IPO subscription status was 7% on the first day.

Samhi Hotels IPO details

The price range for Samhi Hotels IPO has been set in the range between 119 to 126 per share with a par value of 1 each. The company’s goal is to increase 1,370.10 crore from this public issue, thereof 1,200 crore is targeted from new issue and balance 170.10 crore is expected through the OFS (offer for sale) route.

The Samhi Hotels IPO consists of 119 shares and thereafter a multiple of 119 shares. Samhi Hotels has increased 616.50 crore from anchor investors on Wednesday, September 13.

Ahead of the opening of its initial public offering (IPO), Blue Chandra Pte. Ltd. Madhuri Kela, wife of renowned investor Madhusudan Kela, sold 10.32 million shares or 8.4% of the company, along with Nuvama Crossover Opportunities Fund and TIMF Holdings, for a total price of 130 crore.

Samhi Hotels Ltd acquires or builds premier hotels, then renovates, rebrands and revalues ​​the property before successfully managing it. It has only been in operation for 13 years, but in the last financial year (FY23) it added 369 keys, making it the third largest hotel owner in terms of number of keys.

The Gurguram-based company proposes to use the net proceeds of the new issue for debt repayment and general corporate purposes. JM Financial and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company are the book-running lead managers for the IPO, while Kfin Technologies is the IPO registrar.

Dates for Samhi Hotels IPO

The allotment of Samhi Hotels IPO shares is expected to take place on Friday, September 22nd. The allotted shares will be credited to their demat accounts on Tuesday, September 26. The refund process for those who did not receive shares begins on Monday, September 25th. Samhi Hotel IPO shares will be listed on NSE and BSE on Wednesday, September 27.

Samhi Hotels IPO GMP today

The Samhi IPO GMP today or gray market premium is +10, similar to the previous trading session. On Wednesday, the GMP of Samhi IPO was +14.

Taking into account the upper end of the IPO price range and the current premium in the gray market today, the estimated listing price of Samhi Hotels stock is 136 per piece, which is 7.94% higher than the IPO price of 126.

“Gray market premium” indicates investors’ willingness to pay more than the issue price.
