RR Kabel sells products in two broad segments: wires and cables, including residential, industrial, power and specialty cables; and FMEG including fans, lights, switches and appliances. For the nine months ended December 31, 2022, 73% of our Wire and Cable segment operating revenue and 95% of our FMEG segment operating revenue came from the B2C channel. The end use of our product determines whether the sale is made through a business-to-business (B2B) or B2C channel. According to Technopak, B2C sales offer higher gross margins compared to B2B sales.
They will manufacture, market and sell our wire and cable products under our RR Cable brand, as well as a variety of consumer electronics products including fans and lights under the RR brand. They also manufacture, market and sell fans and lights under the Luminous Fans and Lights brand.
